The DCOM Terms of Service is a legally binding agreement between you (“you” and “your”) and DCOM GLOBAL (M) SDN BHD (“DCOM”,”we”,”our”).

By using DCOM services you are indicating that you have read these terms of use and our privacy policy, and you understand, and you consent to be bound by, all the terms, and conditions of the agreement. These terms of use set forth your rights and obligations with the respect to your use of any version of DCOM services. If you do not agree to all the terms contained in these terms of use and the terms of the agreement, please refrain from using our site. The materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.

1.    The product Validity
1.1 All digital products will be delivered through email. Please check your email which may drop in spam folder.
1.2 Physical product will be delivered through selected carrier services. DCOM is NOT responsible for any damages made during the process of transportation.
1.3 Digital product is valid for ONE year upon any renewal of the subscription.
1.4 You may enjoy DCOM services within the subscription time.
1.5 Digital products are not transferable nor share with other subscribers.

2.       Price and Payment
2.1 Prices are quoted in US Dollars. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of the country at their current rate.
2.2 All products you purchase through D'Smart/D'Store and subect to any additional amount (including any taxes as applicable).
2.3 You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing DCOM with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.
2.4 Product will be delivered once we have receive the full payment.
2.5 DCOM reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
2.6 Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable tax; such tax is based on the tax rate in effect at the time you download the product.
2.7 All sales of the product(s) are final.
2.8 Prices of product(s) offered may change at any time and DCOM do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
2.9 In such circumstances, where an individual does not follow the rules and regulations of the company, DCOM has the rights to terminate promotion rewards without prior notice.
2.10 DCOM reserves the right to set or change the currency rate according to the exchange rate of the time period.

3.       Refunds/Return

3.1 REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT REFUND, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.2 In such a circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the annual period.

Cancellation
4.1 NO cancellation is allow once the order for the product have been placed.
4.2 The delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right.
